TWENTY people from this world are being invited to spend an evening in the company of several from the next in a paranormal charity evening at the Chronicle’s offices in April.
South Wales based investigators, Paranormal Now, will be running the event on the evening of Saturday, April 28th beginning at 8pm with proceeds going to the Sir Ray Tindle Fund which benefits local organisations.
Paranormal investigator and medium, Jared Walters, who has visited the Chronicle on previous occasions, stated, ‘The Chronicle’s building is one of the most active locations we have ever come across and we are looking forward to an interesting and enlightening evening.’
The event will entail a tour of the building’s three floors, including the library and archive room where several encounters have been reported over the years.
The investigators will be using sensitive electronic and recording equipment to aid contact.
A maximum of twenty places will be available on the evening which is expected to run until at least 11pm. Guests will be split into two groups for various activities including seances led by Jared and fellow medium Richard Oliver.
‘We can’t tell in advance how the evening will turn out, much depends on activity on the night and how spirits might react to individuals within the group. There are usually a few surprises,’ said Jared.
Tickets for the evening cost £20 and are available from the Chronicle offices, Nevill Street, Abergavenny.
