FitSteps instructor Sophie Stevens will be holding a charity event for Children In Need on Friday (November 13).

She’s offering a two-hour FitSteps workshop at Bridges Community Centre, Monmouth from 6.15pm to 8.15pm. The charge for taking part is £5, whether you want to do one hour or two hours, with all the money going to the cause.

The event is open to anyone and Sophie hopes to make it fun and enjoyable. She says she’ll be wearing her Pudsey Ears and a tutu plus a cape for the Paso Doble so you’re welcome to dress up too - although fancy dress is optional!

She also intends to teach the ‘Do the Strictly’ that is sweeping the nation after the first hour of the workshop.
