It’s never easy to know what to do with the kids when the excitement of Christmas Day has come and gone - but this year, the Melville Theatre has the answer.
As a special post-Christmas treat for all the family the theatre is staging Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
Drawing on the wealth of peculiar episodes from both Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, Box Tale Soup invites you down the rabbit hole into a timeless world of wondrous fantasy. Carroll’s Wonderland floods onto the stage in a whirl of strange contraptions and frantic characters. No matter how young or old, everyone will find their own moment of magic in Wonderland and make it safely home again – the only danger is, you may not want to leave!
This entrancing production was awarded Best Show for Families at the 2014 Buxton Fringe. The Melville Theatre performance is on Wednesday December 30 at 2pm, and tickets are £5 each, with a special Family Ticket deal of £18 for four tickets.
Tickets can be reserved in advance by telephoning 01873 853167 or by emailing [email protected].
