DOROTHY Evans the Abergavenny women branded "neighbour from hell" has appeared at Cardiff Crown Court to and has to face two further charges at a trial on September 15.

Dorothy Evans, 82, of Park Crescent, Abergavenny has already pleaded not guilty to eight breaches of anti social behaviour orders in respect to neighbours living on either side of her.

At her latest appearance she denied breaching an ASBO by harassing Angela Casa by encouraging another person to drive at her and breaching an ASBO by harassing Mrs Casa by banging her walking stick against her car.

Evans was released on bail with a condition that she lives at an address other than Abergavenny.

She was also banned from entering Abergavenny other than to receive treatment at Nevill Hall Hospital.

Judge Nicholas Cook gave her permission to travel to the United States between August 25 and September 9.
