Hundreds of people found themselves on the street when the fire alarms went off on the first night of Abergavenny Pantomime Company's production of 'Cinderella', this evening.

Moments after the overture ended, the fire alarms began to sound with the entire audience leaving the building to gather on Cross Street. Fire engines struggled to reach the theatre due to the dozens of parked cars lining the street.
