TAKE a trip down the Mississippi at Usk mayor Cllr Steve O'Brien's appeal fundraising night a week on Saturday, October 21, with the Crawfish Pie Band and Cajun food.

The event takes place at the town's historic Sessions House, starting at 7pm, with country, rock and blues music, plus a Louisiana creole and Jambalaya supper on the menu.

Not forgetting Mississippi Mud Pie or Key Lime Pie.

Tickets £10 including food are raising funds for Alzheimer's UK, Stroke UK and Parkinson's UK.
