A BUSY road between Abergavenny and Pontypool is currently closed near Llanellen by what Gwent Police are describing as a multi-vehicle collision. Emergency services are at the scene.

'A Gwent Police statement says, 'At approximately 1:00pm we were called to reports of a four vehicle RTC on the B4269 Llanellen to Llanfoist. Emergency services are at the scene and the road will remain closed whilst recovery work takes place.

'At this time, three people have been taken to hospital.'
