Abergavenny cricket club held their Senior Presentation Evening on September 30th. It turned out to be a very enjoyable night which was organised by 1st X1 Captain Will Glenn

Andy Timpson presented his Chairman’s Award to Gareth Powell, The Young Player of the Year went to Tom Norton, who had a tremendous season. Tom also won the Under 19 Player of the Year Award. The 2021 Personality of the Year went to Will Eccles who also won the the 4th X1 Player of the Year .

The most improved young player award went to Jonty Heffaran.

3rd X1 Player of the Year was Daniel Du Plessis, 2nd X1 Player of the Year Lewys Wilkes-McCarthy. First X1 Player of the Year was James Francis.

The Junior Section Awards afternoon was held earlier in the month on September 19th recognising the fantastic achievements of the last 2 Seasons.

Both events were well attended and complied with Safety regulations regarding Covid 19.
