PICTURED is Monmouthshire Golf Club’s incoming Captain Tony Jones and his Vice captain Brian Butt, with Ladies Captain Jackie Williams and her vice captain Sue Bradley just before they tee’d off in the recent Mixed competition on Sunday.

The winners of the day were Mark Lewis and his partner Pauline Pearson who had a very creditable 44 points. In the morning the men’s competition was won by James Hughes and Tom Millard with 45 points, narrowly beating Cameron Powell and Charles Davey who came in with 44.

The Junior competition was won by Dylan Bull (38 points) and second was India Lesbirel who had 35 points.
